1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Worklode's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and submitting the form, you consent to receive automated text messages from Worklode at the phone number provided. Message frequency may vary.

3. Service Description
Worklode provides website creation, digital marketing, and lead generation services for local service businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Worklode and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Worklode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.
7. AI Voice Agent and Call Recording
Worklode's AI Receptionist answers calls on your behalf using an automated voice agent. Calls handled by the AI Receptionist may be recorded, transcribed, and processed to deliver the service, route bookings, and improve call handling. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are accessible to you through your account.
- You acknowledge that calls to the phone number you route through Worklode may be answered by an automated voice agent identified as an AI assistant for your business.
- Where applicable law requires notice or consent before recording a call (including two-party consent states such as California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Washington, and others), you are responsible for ensuring callers receive the required disclosure. Worklode's AI Receptionist is configured to provide a recording notice at the start of each call.
- You will not use the AI Receptionist for emergency services, medical advice, financial advice, legal advice, or any context where a misrouted or inaccurate response could cause harm.
8. Service Availability and AI Accuracy
Worklode is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs (including voice responses, SMS replies, summaries, or scheduling decisions) will be accurate or appropriate in every situation. You are responsible for reviewing bookings, transcripts, and outbound messages generated on your behalf. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worklode disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Worklode integrates with third-party platforms, including Google (Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Google Places), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and telecom providers. These platforms are operated independently, and your access to them is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, or policy decisions made by these platforms, and we cannot guarantee continued access to any third-party service.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Worklode to:
- Send unsolicited calls or messages in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, or other applicable law.
- Collect or store recipient opt-in consent for SMS in a way that does not comply with applicable carrier and regulatory requirements — you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining that consent.
- Impersonate another business, mislead callers about the nature of the service, or use the AI Receptionist in a way that violates consumer protection or advertising laws.
- Use the service for prohibited industries or activities, including debt collection without proper licensing, fraud, or any activity that would cause a telecom or payment provider to suspend the account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated revision date.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect data you provide directly, including:
- Name and contact information (phone number, email address)
- Business information you provide through our wizard
- Communication preferences
- Call recordings, transcripts, and SMS message content processed by the AI Receptionist on your behalf
- Lead and customer information you or your callers provide through our tools
- Any other information you choose to provide
2. No Third-Party Marketing Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Contact you about our services and respond to your inquiries
- Send you technical notices and support messages
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only with service providers who assist in operations, to comply with legal requirements or protect rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition (with notice to you).
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You have the right to:

10. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@worklode.com. If you connected a social media account, disconnecting it from your dashboard will immediately remove all stored access tokens and associated integration data. Upon request, we will delete all remaining personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
