Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the Worklode Services and forms part of the Terms of Service between LGV Media Group LLC d/b/a Worklode (“Worklode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the business customer using the Services (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1.Business Use and Responsibility

1.1. You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes, in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Service, third-party platform rules, and applicable law.

1.2. You are responsible for your authorized users and for all activity conducted through your account, connected accounts, domains, telephone numbers, scripts, settings, and instructions.

1.3. You must provide accurate business information, keep account access secure, maintain current service details, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or misuse.

1.4. You must review websites, scripts, messages, prices, service descriptions, AI-generated materials, and other Outputs before relying on or publishing them. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business claims and communications.

3.Client Content and Business Information

3.1. You may submit only content and information that you have the right and authority to use, modify, process, publish, and disclose through the Services.

3.2. You must not submit or publish content that:

  • infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
  • is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or deceptive;
  • falsely describes your business, qualifications, licenses, services, service area, prices, availability, reviews, or affiliations;
  • impersonates another person or business;
  • contains malware, harmful code, or instructions intended to compromise a system; or
  • violates the rules of Google, Facebook, a telecommunications provider, domain registrar, or another connected service.

3.3. You must have appropriate authority to provide personal information about employees, contractors, callers, leads, and customers. You must not use the Services to collect or process payment-card details, protected health information, government identification numbers, account passwords, authentication codes, financial-account credentials, or other highly sensitive or regulated information unless Worklode has expressly approved that use in writing.

3.4. You must not create, buy, request, post, or distribute fake reviews or testimonials, suppress genuine negative reviews unlawfully, or misrepresent customer feedback.

4.Connected Accounts, Domains, and Telephone Numbers

4.1. You may connect or authorize access only to accounts, profiles, pages, domains, and telephone numbers that you own, control, or are legally authorized to manage.

4.2. You must not use the Services to gain unauthorized access to a Google Business Profile, Facebook page, domain, telephone number, customer account, or other third-party service.

4.3. You must comply with the applicable third party’s terms, policies, technical rules, and legal requirements. Independent third-party services are controlled by their providers, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

4.4. You must not use a domain, telephone number, caller ID, business name, branding, or connected account to impersonate another person, mislead recipients, conceal unlawful activity, or infringe third-party rights.

5.System and Security Restrictions

5.1. You must not:

  • access or attempt to access an account, system, API, model, feature, or data without authorization;
  • bypass or interfere with security controls, rate limits, usage limits, monitoring, or technical protections;
  • introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, harmful code, or disruptive material;
  • disrupt or overload the Services, networks, carriers, connected platforms, or provider systems;
  • scrape, crawl, copy, extract, monitor, or interact with the Services using automated tools without our written permission;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, models, prompts, algorithms, or non-public technical information, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or provide unauthorized access to the Services; or
  • use the Services, Outputs, or non-public information to develop, train, improve, or support a competing product or service without our written permission.

6.Prohibited Businesses and Uses

6.1. You must not use the Services for illegal goods or services, fraud, deceptive trade practices, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, or conduct that creates material legal, security, carrier, platform, or reputational risk.

6.2. Worklode may refuse or restrict use by a business, industry, product, service, campaign, or activity that is prohibited by law or by an applicable payment, telecommunications, hosting, advertising, social-media, or other provider.

7.Monitoring and Enforcement

7.1. We may investigate suspected violations and may review relevant account activity, settings, content, communications, or technical records where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, enforce this Policy or the Terms, comply with law, or respond to a provider or third-party complaint.

7.2. If we reasonably believe that you have violated this Policy, we may warn you, require corrective action, reject or remove content, disable a feature or integration, restrict communications, suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant information, notify an affected provider or authority where appropriate, or take other action permitted by the Terms or law.

7.3. Where reasonable and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the violation. We may act immediately where the issue involves unlawful conduct, fraud, security, privacy, consent, platform or carrier requirements, serious third-party harm, or material risk to Worklode or the Services.

7.4. Enforcement under this Policy does not limit any other right or remedy under the Terms of Service or applicable law. Liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions are governed by the Terms and are not repeated here.

8.Third-Party Requirements

8.1. Some Services depend on independent third-party providers. Their terms, privacy policies, acceptable-use rules, and technical restrictions may apply in addition to this Policy.

8.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worklode is not responsible for an independent provider’s services, availability, decisions, restrictions, security, or conduct outside Worklode’s control. Nothing in this Policy excludes responsibility that Worklode cannot lawfully exclude.

9.Changes to This Policy

9.1. We may update this Policy as the Services, legal requirements, or provider rules change. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required by law or the Terms of Service.

10.Contact

10.1. If you have questions about this Policy or want to report suspected misuse, contact us through the contact method shown in the System or by email at support@worklode.com.
