Subscription and Refund Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This Subscription and Refund Policy explains the billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules for Worklode’s business subscription Services. It forms part of the Terms of Service between LGV Media Group LLC d/b/a Worklode (“Worklode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the business customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1.Plans and Checkout

1.1. Worklode offers monthly subscription plans and optional paid features for business use. The available plans, features, line items, prices, discounts, taxes, and next billing date are shown at checkout or in the System.

1.2. The exact amounts shown in Checkout when you purchase control. Prices and promotions displayed elsewhere may change and may not reflect a particular deal link or current price.

1.3. By completing checkout, you purchase the selected line items, authorize immediate delivery of the Services, and agree to the initial charge, regular monthly price, automatic renewal, cancellation rules, and no-refund terms disclosed before purchase.

1.4. Receiving a website preview before payment does not create a subscription and does not result in any charge. A paid subscription begins only when you complete checkout or otherwise expressly authorize the purchase.

2.Pricing and Promotions

2.1. Unless checkout states otherwise, subscriptions are billed monthly in U.S. dollars by card through Checkout.

2.2. Worklode may offer a one-time discount on the first invoice, including through a sales-generated deal link. A first-month discount applies only to the first invoice unless checkout expressly states otherwise. The subscription then renews each month at the full regular price shown at checkout.

2.3. Promotional percentages and resulting amounts may vary. The price and discount shown in Checkout are the final offer for that purchase.

3.Automatic Renewal and Payment Authorization

3.1. Each subscription renews automatically every month until canceled. To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you should cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

3.2. By completing checkout, you authorize Worklode and its third-party payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for the amount due at checkout, recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and other charges disclosed before purchase.

3.3. Third-party payment service providers may store and process your payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. Worklode does not receive or store full payment-card details.

3.4. If a payment fails, Worklode or its payment service providers may retry the charge. Worklode may suspend or limit the Services until the overdue amount is paid.

3.5. You are responsible for keeping your billing and payment information current.

4.Combined Plans, Add-Ons, and Complimentary Access

4.1. If you select more than one plan option, they may appear as separate line items on the same subscription and invoice.

4.2. You may add an available paid feature at checkout or later through the System. The price and effective billing date will be shown when you add it.

4.3. Worklode may provide eligible customers with complimentary access to a feature for 30 days. Complimentary access does not become paid automatically unless you affirmatively choose to keep the feature. If you accept the paid feature before the complimentary period ends, the charge starts on the next subscription renewal date shown in the System, so the remaining complimentary period is not shortened.

4.4. Complimentary access may be limited to specified plans and does not entitle other customers to a free or reciprocal plan.

4.5. Removing one paid feature may take effect immediately. Unless checkout or the System states otherwise, removal does not cancel the remaining subscription and does not create a refund or credit for the removed feature.

5.Cancellation

5.1. You may cancel the entire subscription at any time through the cancellation method available in the System or by contacting support@worklode.com.

5.2. To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the applicable renewal date. If cancellation is completed less than 48 hours before the renewal date, the next renewal charge may still be processed.

5.3. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not end the current paid period or refund the current charge. You will keep access to the canceled subscription until the end of the paid billing period, unless the Services are suspended or terminated earlier under this Subscription and Refund Policy or Terms of Service.

5.4. Deleting an application, disconnecting an integration, ceasing use, or failing to access the account does not cancel the subscription. A subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be canceled through the same platform and remains subject to that platform’s applicable cancellation and billing terms.

6.Refunds

6.1. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, all payments are final and non-refundable.

6.2. Worklode does not provide refunds or credits for:

  • cancellation during a paid billing period;
  • partial months or unused time;
  • unused or disconnected features, accounts, integrations, websites, telephone services, or Outputs;
  • failure to cancel before renewal;
  • removal of an individual feature;
  • changes in business circumstances; or
  • dissatisfaction where the Services were provided substantially as described.

6.3. Worklode may correct a confirmed duplicate charge or billing error. A claimed unauthorized charge may require verification and review by Worklode, and the applicable card issuer.

6.4. Worklode may issue a refund or credit at its discretion.

7.Price and Plan Changes

7.1. Worklode may change available plans, features, prices, and promotions. A change will not alter a billing period already paid for.

7.2. If Worklode changes the recurring price of an existing subscription, Worklode may provide advance notice through the System, email, or another reasonable method. The new price applies on the renewal date stated in the notice. You may cancel before that renewal following cancellation terms indicated to this Policy.

7.3. Features may also change as described in the Terms of Service, including because of security, legal, technical, carrier, platform, or third-party requirements.

8.Taxes and Third-Party Processing

8.1. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. You are responsible for taxes and charges associated with your purchase, except taxes based on Worklode’s net income.

8.2. Payments are handled by third-party payment service providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worklode is not responsible for delays, declines, outages, or other payment-provider matters outside its reasonable control.

9.Billing Questions

9.1. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@worklode.com promptly and provide the account email, charge date, amount, and a brief explanation. We may request reasonable information needed to locate and review the transaction.

10.Changes to This Policy

10.1. Worklode may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date.

10.2. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will ordinarily apply at the next renewal after notice, unless earlier application is required by law, security, or a third-party requirement. If you do not agree, you must cancel before the change takes effect, following cancellation rules indicated to this Policy.

11.Contact

11.1. Questions about this Policy may be sent to support@worklode.com.
